If you forget your username or password (required for logging into the Lighthouse Trader application), you can find them by logging into your personal PayPal account. Then, in the “Account Activity” section, click on the “Details” link for the “Subscription Creation” line.  Scroll down until you see the username and password listed. The username will begin with the letters “pp-“.

You can also change your email address or credit card payment choice at any time by logging on to your personal PayPal account.
